Seivson 26SS

On September 3, 2025, another interesting brand for me, Seivson, showed at Rakuten Fashion Week. Win at 2:00 PM on the opportunities provided Shibuya Hikari Hall.

The Sevison brand is quite young, it was founded in 2017. This Taiwanese brand and its products are presented in high-end stores in Taiwan.

In 2022, Seivson first presented its spring-summer collection of 22 items at Tokyo Fashion Week and was recognized by WWD JAPAN readers as the most fashionable brand of the event. Following this, Seivson also appeared for the first time on HYPEBEAST's streetwear website HBX and became an available Taiwanese women's brand there.

In addition, Seivson became the first Taiwanese brand to be featured in media outlets including ID JAPAN, SOEN, VOGUE, ELLE JAPAN, ROOMSERVICE, Fashionnap. And in 2024, Seivson's spring/summer collection was launched at Isetan Shinjuku Department Store. Thus, Seivson became the first Taiwanese women's wear brand to be featured in Isetan.

The brand's designer Tzu Ching Shen is one of the six promising young designers in Asia. She has already attended the fashion show at VOGUE Fashion Night Out Resort 2020, won first place in the voting for the best designer brands at Tokyo WWD 2022, and won the Kyoto Globe Design Award 2023 in Japan, thanks to the participation of Asian brands in New York. In her brand, Seivson is on par with brands such as Balenciaga, Vetements, and Givenchy in Japan.

On this continent, the designer presented an unusual collection by Seiveson, in which fragments of the female body are transformed into design. This proposal made the images more sensual and daring than usual. For example, a bright red knitted dress reminiscent of flowing blood. Tops made of polyester with a washed and folded effect, softly tracing the contours of the body and the jacket.

The fabric used in the collection is made in Taiwan. The overlays on it are hand-made and processed with a high-temperature press to obtain a three-dimensional result. According to the designer, these stylings reflect the history of a woman's life.
